Katie Waissel might be out of the X Factor but don’t think that’s the last you’ve heard of her. Oh no, the singer has already caused a fresh controversey, allegedly rowing with mentor Cheryl Cole about her song choices this past weekend.
It’s claimed that Katie thinks singing Kings Of Leon’s hit single ‘Sex On Fire’, just one week after it was revealed that her Grandmother has been working as a prostitute, was the reason she was eliminated from the show.

John Green grew up in Silver Lake. His parents, Carl and Rose Mary Green, moved into the village in 1981. John attended Silver Lake School, Roberts Middle School and Cuyahoga Falls High School. He went off to Wheaton College where he met his wife-to-be Carolyn. They married and together began a journey of faith that ultimately led them to Chicago where John founded Emmaus Ministries, a street ministry that reaches out to male prostitutes. They have been in Chicago for 20 years growing the ministry and growing a family that now numbers four children: Jonathan Paul, 9, Daniel Logan, 7, Peter Garrette, 5, and Claire Joelle, 3. In 2009, when Carl and Rose Mary were dealing with some difficult health issues, the family moved back to Silver Lake to help them. Sadly, Carl Green passed away just four months after John and Carolyn returned to the village. They are now living with John’s mom. John says, “We would like to be here as long as …

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason said Darius Clark was found guilty of four counts of felonious assault, two counts of child endangering resulting in serious physical harm and two counts of domestic violence on Tuesday.
Prosecutors said Clark beat his girlfriend’s 3-year-old son and 22-month-old daughter. Authorities were alerted to the beating on March 17 after the 3-year-old’s daycare teacher noticed his injuries.
Prosecutors said the boy was bruised on his body, and had whip-like marks on his back and face. According to prosecutors, the 22-month-old girl had two black eyes. She also had burns on her face, arms and legs.
The children’s mother, Taheim Traywick, pleaded guilty to permitting child abuse, child endangerment and domestic violence. Traywick told authorities she had gone to Washington D.C. on March 16 to engage in prostitution. She will be sentenced on Dec. 10.

Cleveland Escorts: Even Miami Doesn’t Like Heat Fans

Posted in Cleveland escorts by clevelandhobbyist on the November 24, 2010

There are other Miamis, to be sure; three blocks from the Heat’s arena, the sidewalk is dense with homeless human beings by the score bedded down in long rows night after night. No one, including me, is here to tell their story. Too many nightclubs, restaurants, women this place is a riot of sun, skin, and sensual delight.
You can’t sleep on the sidewalk in downtown Cleveland in late November and expect to wake up with a heartbeat, but I’d like to think of the passion of the Cleveland sports fan as an unquenched inner mounting flame Mahavishnu? Gesundheit! that will warm and light our way as we all journey toward the very center of Sports Hell.
In Miami? In Miami, the Heat have been reduced to marketing a campaign called “Fan Up, Miami!” Even with Wade, Bosh, and the Whore of Akron, and ESPN pimping them 24/7 without qualm or mercy, the fans here seem… unmoved. Disinterested. Stupefied, even.

Witness in Ohio corruption probe dies
Associated Press – November 22, 2010 4:35 PM ET
CLEVELAND (AP) – A witness has died before providing expedited videotape testimony in Ohio against a county official accused of taking bribes, including prostitutes.
The coroner’s office in Cleveland confirmed the death Sunday night of 55-year-old Kevin Payne, former chief of staff in the Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH’-guh) County engineer’s office. Payne, who had pleaded guilty to bribery conspiracy, suffered from thyroid cancer.
A federal judge had given prosecutors permission to take testimony from Payne in December for use at Commissioner Jimmy Dimora’s trial next September. Dimora has pleaded not guilty.
Defense attorney Richard Lillie said Monday he believes any testimony by Payne would have been negligible.
Spokesman Mike Tobin with the U.S. Attorney’s office says the government remains confident it can prove its case.

Cleveland Adult Entertainment: Cleveland theater advocate and activist touring campus

… When I was young, I wasn’t really a theater guy,” Levin said. “I was really much more a social and political activist. My models were (Martin Luther King Jr.) and the Kennedys, so when I started doing theater, it was really a way of trying to effect social change.”
After working as an actor and director at New York’s experimental theater club “La MaMa” for three years, Levin set out to recreate that experience in Cleveland. Founding the Cleveland Public Theatre was his way of bringing about social change.
“Part of the idea for me was to create a theater space in part of Cleveland that was associated with the problem of urban blight,” Levin said. “There was high crime, gangs, prostitution and drug activity, but I found an amazing space. So with the idea that I would be helping to trigger a kind of urban revival in this neighborhood, we launched the theater there.”

Cleveland Adult Entertainment: Joys In The Hood

Posted in Cleveland adult entertainment by clevelandconfidential on the November 18, 2010

Overall, much of the criminal activity that still goes on falls into
the non-violent category, such as burglaries. Click on the North Side
graphic featured on the Neighborhood Statistics section on the Syracuse
Police Department’s website and one will find that violent
crime—murders, rapes, assaults—are noticeably low on the streets that
form Hawley-Green. Even non-violent crimes like auto theft have
plummeted in the last three years.
It’s a noticeable improvement from the days when shop owners had to
contend with prostitution and drug dealing right outside their doors.
“Two years ago, prostitution was a problem,” says Alberta DeStefano,
executive director of the Northeast Hawley Development Association. She
has worked in the area for 30 years, 10 of those within Hawley-Green.
“Residents aggressively attacked it with the help of police. It seems to
have lessened.”
