An Akron woman was arrested Monday for soliciting sex knowing she is HIV positive, police say.
Tish L. Secession, 38, was charged with loitering to engage in sexual activity being HIV positive. She had a previous conviction of soliciting and being HIV positive from 2009.
Officers responded to a complaint of a female flagging down cars in the intersection of East Tallmadge Avenue and Schiller Avenue.
When they arrived on the scene, officers saw Secession in the street blocking traffic and talking to a 26-year old man in a vehicle.
The man told officers that Secession had offered him oral sex for $10.00.
