Cleveland Strip Clubs: Suspects in ODOT scandal to face criminal charges
As many as 31 people could face criminal charges in a scandal involving strippers, fishing trips and bid rigging at an Ohio Department of Transportation district office near Cleveland, the Cuyahoga County prosecutor’s office said today.
The first nine figures from the scandal were scheduled to face criminal charges this morning. But glitches in accepting paperwork at the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court forced a delay, Ryan Miday, spokesman for Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason, told The Dispatch.
Seven of the defendants are scheduled to enter pleas Friday morning, he said.
